To be responsible for the provision of an efficient administrative and clerical support function for the Markaz and maintain systems to facilitate effective day to day running and financial control within the Markaz.
Experience: Candidate must have previous administrative experience. Good organizational skills and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in the case of any emergency. He/she must be Educated to degree level or equivalent
The Administrator shall be responsible for the smooth running of the Markaz office, maintain the school’s financial systems and accounts, maintain the various school computerised and paper databases of pupil and staff information. He/she shall assist in the management of the school premise as well as manage the Head of Markaz’s day to day administration
• English, Ability to speak Yoruba will be an advantage.

Note: Post-holder may be required to work outside of normal Markaz hours on occasion, with due notice.

Job Description: To provide community leadership and network role, Islamic religious guidance, practices, and leadership to the local Muslim community in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of Prophet Mohammad (peace and blessing be upon him), lead prayers, establish and promote educational and extracurricular programs for adults and youth, lead the establishment of a unified Muslim community welcoming to all Muslims from different backgrounds and cultures, engage with the larger community to promote friendship and understanding between Muslims and non-Muslims in the entire community.
Experience: 3 years in similar field. The ideal candidate should have a qualification equivalent to bachelor’s degree and Hafizul Qur'an (memorised the entire holy Quran).
The candidates must have sound knowledge and understanding of Islamic faith as a whole. Profound knowledge of Holly Quran and Hadith and other important Islamic scriptures and text are required. It will be highly recommended that the applicants show an excellent skill in public speaking and ability to explain, narrate and interpret the Islamic Holy Scriptures. Be the link between the Religious leaders and the community, providing social and spiritual leadership (social mobility) of the generality of the community.
The candidate should also be able to write and speak fluently in Arabic, English and Yoruba Candidate must have excellent communication skills. Candidate should be eager to learn
community language and take initiatives to go extra mile.
Required experience: • Minister of religion or equivalent for similar position of 2- 3 years
